Resilience Scores

There are two scores reported in the Resilience Section: the General Resilience Score and the Resiliency Characteristic Score. The General Resilience Score is the average rating based on the five-point scale of all items across all characteristics except Mentorship and Citizenship. The Resiliency Characteristic Score is the average rating of all items within each characteristic.
